Participation reflects an ongoing commitment to professional standards; it is not an endorsement of any particular outcome.
Eligibility & Admission
Candidates are assessed with reference to their professional standing, relevant qualifications, experience, practice focus, jurisdictional competence and suitability for the platform. Admission is selective and remains subject to review and applicable professional rules.
Professional Verification
Qvorvm may request evidence of identity, professional registration, qualifications, regulatory status, firm affiliation and practice credentials. Members are responsible for supplying accurate information and notifying the platform promptly of material changes.
Ethics & Independence
Members must observe applicable professional conduct rules, preserve their independent judgement, manage conflicts of interest, protect confidential information and avoid misleading claims. No platform arrangement overrides duties owed to clients, courts or regulators.
Exclusive Representation
Where offered and expressly confirmed in a membership agreement, representation may be reserved for one participating professional within a defined practice area and jurisdiction. Exclusivity is conditional on the agreed scope, term, status and applicable professional rules; it does not guarantee enquiries, instructions or revenue.
Enquiries & Referrals
Requests may be assessed for practice area, jurisdiction and suitability before being introduced to a professional. Each professional independently decides whether to accept a matter, subject to conflicts, capacity, professional rules and client onboarding. A referral does not create a lawyer–client relationship with Qvorvm.
Profile Accuracy & Transparency
Members must maintain accurate public profiles, contact information, firm details, professional titles, areas of practice and jurisdictional coverage. Qvorvm may request corrections or withhold information that cannot be substantiated.
Publications & Thought Leadership
Contributions should be original, accurate, appropriately attributed and compliant with intellectual property, confidentiality and professional advertising requirements. Authors remain responsible for their opinions and must disclose relevant limitations or conflicts where appropriate.
Cross-Border Collaboration
Members are encouraged to develop respectful professional relationships and coordinate effectively across jurisdictions. Any cross-border engagement must comply with local authorisation requirements, client consent, confidentiality duties and applicable restrictions on fee sharing or referrals.
Professional Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, misrepresentation, misuse of referrals, unauthorised disclosure of confidential information and conduct damaging to professional trust are inconsistent with the standards of the platform.
Ongoing Review & Enforcement
Qvorvm may review participation, request supporting information, correct listings, suspend visibility or terminate membership in accordance with the applicable agreement and fair review procedures. Serious concerns may be referred to the appropriate competent authority where legally required or permitted.
Scope of Qvorvm’s Role
Qvorvm provides a professional visibility and connection platform. It does not itself provide legal advice through member profiles, supervise individual client matters or guarantee professional performance. Clients should conduct their own assessment before engaging a professional.
